Los Angeles -- British singer and television personality Kelly Osbourne has confirmed via Twitter that her dog Woody died.
The news came shortly after Osbourne announced she and fiance Luke Worrall had broken up, OK! Magazine said.
The couple called off their wedding plans last week amid reports Worrall cheated on Osbourne, a former "Dancing with the Stars" contestant who is the daughter of rock icon Ozzy Osbourne and TV personality Sharon Osbourne.
"My life just could not get any worst right now. I come home to find my dog Woody is dead," Osbourne's Sunday Twitter message said.
The dog's breed and age were not reported.

Los Angeles -- British singer/reality TV personality Kelly Osbourne and model Luke Worrall have broken off their engagement, People.com said.
The couple announced their engagement in November 2008.
People.com said they called off their wedding plans amid reports Worrall cheated on Osbourne, a former "Dancing with the Stars" contestant who is the daughter of rock icon Ozzy Osbourne and TV personality Sharon Osbourne.
"Thank you all so much for your support but the matter is private and (I) will not be commenting," Kelly Osbourne said via Twitter Wednesday. "Enough damage has already (been) done!"

Los Angeles -- British singer and TV personality Kelly Osbourne was taken to California's Cedars-Sinai Medical Center after injuring her foot on "Dancing with the Stars."
E! News said the buckle of Osbourne's shoe was pushed into her foot as she performed a paso doble with her professional partner, Louis van Amstel, on Monday's edition of the show.
When Osbourne later took part in a group number, she was barefoot.
"She is at the hospital right now to take an X-ray and an MRI to make sure she will be OK to dance. Kelly will keep me updated on her prognosis," van Amstel told E! News Monday night.

Kelly Osbourne has blamed her rocker father OZZY for her drug problems - because "addiction is in your genes".
The 24 year old has long struggled with prescription painkillers and her habit landed her several stints in rehab, before she finally kicked the pills this year (09).
And the reality TV star is adamant her problems stem from the Black Sabbath frontman, who spent years battling drink and drug addiction.
She says, "I don't have any shadow of a doubt that addiction is a disease. It's in your genes. The only people in my family who don't have that gene are my mum and my sister Amy." (LR/WNTRE/CL)
