COL FB: Boise State 51, Fresno State 0

Boise, Idaho -- Kellen Moore threw for four touchdowns Friday and No. 3 Boise State overcame a shaky start in frigid conditions to rout Fresno State 51-0.

Boise State, hoping for a shot at the national championship, improved to 11-0 with games remaining against Nevada and Utah State.

The Broncos are fourth in the BCS standings behind Oregon, Auburn and TCU and need to move into one of the top two spots in those rankings to earn a berth in the title game.

With the temperature falling to near freezing and moisture in the air, Boise State turned the ball over twice in the first period and had only a 3-0 lead after one quarter.

COL FB: Boise State 42, Hawaii 7

Boise, Idaho -- Kellen Moore's career-best 507 passing yards and three TD tosses propelled third-ranked Boise State's 42-7 victory Saturday over Hawaii.

Moore found Austin Pettis with eight passes for 122 yards and Tyler Shoemaker made five receptions for 117 yards in the one-sided win, which saw the Broncos' signal-caller set the school record for career scoring tosses with 85.

Jeremy Avery racked up 92 rushing yards and three scores on 10 carries and Boise State (8-0, 4-0 WAC) extended its consecutive win streak to 22 games.

The Warriors (7-3, 5-1) were led by Bryant Moniz, who went 17-of-28 passing for 127 yards.

COL FB: Boise State 49, Louisiana Tech 20

Boise, Idaho -- Kellen Moore threw two TD passes and Doug Martin ran for 148 yards Tuesday in second-ranked Boise State's 49-20 rout of Louisiana Tech.

Moore went 20-of-28 for 297 yards through the air, connecting with Austin Pettis and Tyler Shoemaker for scoring strikes in the first half en route to a 28-7 lead at the break.

Martin added a pair of scores on 21 carries for the Broncos (7-0, 3-0 WAC), who defeated Louisiana Tech (3-5, 2-2) for the ninth straight time.

The Bulldogs were led by Ross Jenkins, who hit on 24 of his 39 pass attempts for 223 yards and a score. But he was sacked four times for 25 yards in total losses.

Lennon Creer logged 35 carries for 148 yards and two touchdowns for Louisiana State.

COL FB: Boise State 48, San Jose State 0

San Jose, Calif. -- Kellen Moore hurled two touchdown passes and Doug Martin ran for two scores Saturday in third-ranked Boise State's 48-0 whitewash of San Jose State.

Moore went 14-of-16 passing for 231 yards and Martin rushed eight times for 68 yards for the Broncos (6-0, 2-0 WAC), who improved the nation's longest winning streak to 20 games. Martin also caught three passes for 53 yards.

Titus Young bolstered Boise's offense by running for a score and hauling down seven passes for 105 yards and a touchdown.

The Spartans (1-6, 0-2) were led by Jordan La Secla, who completed 7-of-16 passes for 74 yards and an interception.

COL FB: Boise State 57, Toledo 14

Boise, Idaho -- Kellen Moore hurled three touchdown passes en route to 267 passing yards Saturday in No. 4 Boise State's 57-14 rout of Toledo.

Moore was 16-of-22 through the air and Titus Young collected six passes for 97 yards and a touchdown for the Broncos (5-0), who took over the nation's longest winning streak with their 19th straight victory.

Boise State inherited the consecutive wins mantle after No. 1 Alabama fell to South Carolina earlier Saturday, halting the Crimson Tide's 19-game streak.

Jeremy Avery rushed for 42 yards and three TDs for the Broncos.

Toledo (3-3) was led by Austin Dantin, who racked up 167 passing yards with two interceptions, completing 13-of-18 attempts.

COL FB: Boise St. 59, New Mexico St. 0

Las Cruces, N.M. -- Kellen Moore hooked up with Kyle Efaw for two touchdown passes Saturday and No. 3 Boise State decimated New Mexico State 59-0.

Moore threw three scoring strikes in all, going 13-of-18 through the air for 196 yards for the Broncos (4-0, 1-0 WAC).

Doug Martin hauled down Moore's other TD pass and rushed 94 yards and a score on 10 carries, helping BSU extend its winning streak to 18 consecutive games.

Boise State also got rushing touchdowns from Jeremy Avery, Jarvis Hodge and Mike Coughlin while piling up a 608-208 advantage in total yards of offense.

The Aggies (0-4, 0-1) was led by Matt Christian, who went 5-of-14 passing for 63 yards with an interception.

COL FB: Boise State 37, Oregon State 24

Boise, Idaho -- Kellen Moore threw three scoring passes Saturday, helping No. 3 Boise State stretch its home winning streak to 27 games with a 37-24 victory over Oregon State.

Austin Pettis hauled down one of Moore's touchdown strikes and also passed for a score for the Broncos (3-0), who notched their 17th straight overall victory.

Moore ended the night 19-of-27 passing for 288 yards. Five receptions went to Titus Young for 136 yards and a TD.

The Broncos also featured a strong ground attack with Doug Martin rushing 19 times for 138 yards.

The Beavers (1-2) settled for 159 yards passing from Ryan Katz, who finished 12-of-26 with a touchdown.

COL FB: Boise State 51, Wyoming 6

Laramie, Wyo. -- Kellen Moore led an overpowering Broncos offense, passing for 370 yards Saturday in No. 3 Boise State's 51-6 dismantling of Wyoming.

Moore went 20-of-30 through the air, tossing a pair of touchdowns as Boise State (2-0) racked up a whopping 648 yards of total offense in a one-sided contest.

Doug Martin gained 105 yards on the ground and scored a touchdown. D.J. Harper rushed for 59 yards and chipped in a rushing TD for the Broncos.

Titus Young and Austin Pettis each caught touchdown passes as Boise State built a 24-0 lead early in the second quarter and was never seriously challenged.

Austyn Carta-Samuels passed for 156 yards and a touchdown for the Cowboys (1-2), who could manage only 135 total yards of offense.

COL FB: Boise State 33, Virginia Tech 30

Landover, Md. -- Kellen Moore found Austin Pettis for a 13-yard touchdown pass with 1:14 left Monday, lifting No. 5 Boise State past No. 6 Virginia Tech 33-30.

Mitch Burroughs set up the winning drive when he returned a punt 25 yards to the Boise State 44 yard line. Moore completed an 11-yard pass to Gabe Linehan and a 14-yarder to Pettis with 1:29 left before finding the 6-foot-3 senior for the game-winner.

Moore finished 23-of-38 passing for 214 yards, three touchdowns and no interceptions for the Broncos (1-0).

Pettis grabbed two TDs among his five receptions for 66 yards. Titus Young hauled down six catches for 80 yards.

Doug Martin chipped in with 83 yards rushing in 12 carries and scored for Boise State.

NCAA: Boise State 45, La. Tech 35

Ruston -- Two fourth-quarter touchdowns Friday kept No. 5 Boise State undefeated with a 45-35 win over WAC rival Louisiana Tech.

Kellen Moore threw a 12-yard TD pass to Austin Pettis midway through the quarter and Jeremy Avery bolted for a 43-yard score for the Broncos (9-0, 4-0 WAC).

Tech scored a pair of TDs in the final quarter but could not overcome their less-productive first half, in which they scored only seven points.

The Broncos racked up 507 yards of offense to Tech's 250.

Moore completed 28-of-41 passes for 354 yards, three touchdowns and one interception, which was returned 76 yards for a touchdown by Josh Victorian.

COL FB: Boise State 45, San Jose State 7

Boise, Idaho -- Kellen Moore threw three touchdown passes and ran for a fourth Saturday, leading fifth-ranked Boise State's 45-7 WAC rout of San Jose State.

Moore completed 21-of-33 passes for 278 yards with two touchdowns passing, and his 1-yard scoring run led to a 24-7 halftime lead.

The third scoring pass made Boise State's lead 31-7 with 10:22 left in the third.

Doug Martin gained 63 yards on six carries with one touchdown.

Austin Pettis scored once on five receptions for 63 yards, and Mitch Burroughs caught a scoring pass for the Broncos (8-0, 3-0 Western Athletic Conference), who were one of five unbeaten teams after their 26th straight home victory.

COL FB: Boise State 54, Hawaii 9

Honolulu -- Kellen Moore's five touchdown passes Saturday led fifth-ranked Boise State to a 54-9 Western Athletic Conference rout of Hawaii.

Moore completed 18-of-30 passes for 223 yards and his four first-half scoring passes helped Boise State bolt to a 34-0 halftime advantage.
Matt Kaiserman rushed for 122 yards with one touchdown.

Titus Young scored three times on eight catches for 115 yards, while Jeremy Avery added 72 rushing yards for the Broncos (7-0, 2-0 WAC), one of four remaining unbeatens with Florida, Alabama and Texas.

Hawaii scored when Moore was tackled in the end zone for a third-quarter safety and Matt Kaiserman's one-yard run in the fourth.
