Toronto -- The Chicago Fire recorded a 2-0 win over Toronto FC Saturday to snap a Major League Soccer record streak of five consecutive draws.
The Fire's goals were scored by Chris Rolfe in the 59th minute and Brian McBride in the 81st.
They improved to 3-0-6, but are only third in the Eastern Conference despite being the lone MLS team without a loss this season.
It was their first win since April 5, when they beat New York 1-0.
The Reds (3-3-4) lost despite attempting 11 shots -- three on goal -- against Chicago goalkeeper Jon Busch.
Toronto is 1-1-2 in MLS games since coach John Carver resigned on April 25.
