t -- Java Festival Production concert promoters in Indonesia are threatening to sue the U.S. hip-hop act N.E.R.D. for canceling a Jakarta gig.
Antara News said N.E.R.D. was a no-show Sunday night after members were questioned by police following a concert in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and accused of performing without official permission. The group reportedly feared the same would happen if they went to Indonesia, so they canceled their show just hours before they were to take the stage.
