James Van Der Beek is officially off the market again! The former 'Dawson's Creek' actor has wed his model girlfriend in a secret ceremony on Sunday, according to several published reports.

Los Angeles -- Actor James Van Der Beek and his wife, actress Heather Ann McComb, are divorcing after nearly six years of marriage, court records filed in Los Angeles show.

People.com Thursday reported Van Der Beek had filed the papers. He married McComb in July 2003 and separated from her earlier this year.

McComb was a cast member on the TV shows "Profiler" and "Party of Five."

Van Der Beek starred in the young adult drama series "Dawson's Creek." He is slated to appear on an episode of "the forgotten" set to air Dec. 1.
