Washington -- Dwayne De Rosario notched a pair of second-half goals Saturday and Toronto FC logged a 3-2 victory over D.C. United in the season finales for both clubs.

Despite the win for Toronto (9-13-8), the highlight of the game was Jaime Moreno's 133rd and final career goal for United. Moreno, playing in his last game before retirement, exited the year's last game as Major League Soccer's all-time leading scorer.

Moreno helped D.C. United (6-20-4) win four titles and has played in MLS since its first season in 1996. He entered this year's finale tied with FC Dallas' Jeff
Cunningham as the league's all-time scoring leader.

He got the title by breaking a 1-1 tie on a penalty kick.

MLS: Toronto 1, Houston 1 (tie)

Toronto -- Bobby Boswell's goal in the 74th minute Saturday lifted Houston to a 1-1 Major League Soccer tie with Toronto FC.

He scored the equalizer by knocking in his own rebound, denying the Dynamo (12-2-3) their fifth win in six games.
Both teams earned a point in the standings.

The Reds (7-6-5) took a 1-0 lead when Dwayne De Rosario scored in the 37th minute past Houston goalkeeper Pat Onstad. It was De Rosario's sixth goal this season, one behind teammate Amado Guevara.

Toronto temporarily moved into first place in the Eastern Conference, while
Houston, playing its sixth straight road contest, maintained possession of first place overall in the MLS.

MLS: Toronto 2, New York 0

Toronto, June 24: Pablo Vitti scored in the first half and Dwayne De Rosario added a goal in the second Wednesday, lifting Toronto to a 2-0 victory over New York.

Toronto moved into second place in the Eastern Conference with a 6-5-4 mark, one point behind front-runners D.C. United. Toronto has won three of its last five games.

New York (2-11-4) is winless in its last eight and is in the basement of Major League Soccer's Eastern Conference.

Nana Attakora grabbed a poor clearance and sent a high pass into the box, from where Vitti was able to loft a header over goalkeeper Danny Cepero.
