London -- British fashion designer Stella McCartney has given birth to a fourth child, a daughter named Reiley, E! News reported Monday.

McCartney, the 39-year-old daughter of rock 'n' roll icon Paul McCartney and late animal-rights activist Linda McCartney, is married to British publisher Alasdhair Willis.

E! News said the designer gave birth to the 8-pound baby girl Nov. 23.

Veteran, family reunited at Titans game

Nashville -- A Tennessee woman and her 12-year-old daughter said they were pleasantly shocked by the appearance of her Army sergeant husband at a Titans game.

Jodi Foster, 33, said she thought she and her daughter, Kayla, had only won tickets to the Veteran's Day game Sunday against the Washington Redskins for writing an essay about her husband, Sgt. Mark Foster, who was serving in Afghanistan, The (Nashville) Tennessean reported Thursday.

Foster said she and Kayla were called to the middle of LP Field in Nashville and surprised when Mark, fresh of his fifth deployment to Afghanistan, came riding out in a golf cart carrying bundles of red and yellow roses for his wife and daughter.

Mel Gibson wants custody of daughter

Los Angeles -- Actor Mel Gibson is set to appear in a Los Angeles County Court Monday seeking custody of a child he had with Oksana Grigorieva, a celebrity Web site said. said Gibson is appearing because he wants the judge to see how serious he is about getting full custody of their daughter, Lucia.

The couple's domestic disputes have been widely reported, and Grigorieva appeared on Larry King Live on Wednesday, where she said Gibson hit and choked her while she was holding the baby. said Gibson thinks his wife is unstable, and he wants her to have only supervised visits with the child for six months.

Ohio zoo replaces longest snake

Columbus, Ohio -- After announcing the death of the longest snake in captivity, the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium in Ohio says it has acquired the python's smaller daughter.

Fluffy, the 24-foot snake, died Oct. 27 of an apparent tumor at the age of 18. The zoo's new snake is 12 years old, and 6 feet shorter than her mother, the Columbus Dispatch reported Thursday.

The daughter arrived Tuesday from the same private breeder who sold Fluffy to the zoo in 2007, zoo officials said.

Fluffy, a 300-pound reticulated python that drew large crowds, had held the Guinness World Record as the longest snake living in captivity.

The zoo says it will ask the public for suggestion for a name for the new snake.

Police: Fake bomb reported to stop wedding

Moscow -- Russian police said they arrested a woman who tried to prevent her daughter's wedding by falsely accusing her of plotting to blow up a plane.

Investigators said the 56-year-old Yaroslavl woman was arrested after allegedly calling police and claiming her daughter was planning a suicide bomb attack on a plane traveling from Moscow's Domodedovo Airport to Morocco, RIA Novosti reported Wednesday.

The flight was delayed for an unspecified amount of time while officers investigated.

"Her daughter recently fell in love with a Moroccan citizen and was planning to get married to him and move to Morocco. The woman was against the marriage and did not want her daughter to move abroad," a police spokeswoman said.

'58 American dairy princess Stout dies

Piedmont, Okla. -- Sandra Sue Stout, an Oklahoma girl who got a taste of celebrity as America's 1958 dairy princess, has died after a short illness, her daughter said. She was 71.

Jamie Belt of Piedmont told The Oklahoman her mother died Thursday.

Stout once told the newspaper the American Dairy Association picked her from among 26 contenders for the national dairy crown despite some "truly good-looking southern belles" and her with a jaw swollen by a toothache.

"I never felt so out of place in my life," she said in the 2008 interview. "I didn't think I was going to win. The little girl from Louisiana looked like Marilyn Monroe."
