New Delhi, March 31: The Delhi High Court Tuesday stayed the Central Information Commission (CIC) order directing Delhi Police to reveal autopsy reports of two suspected terrorists and a police inspector killed during a shootout here last year.
Justice S. Ravindra Bhat passed the order on a Delhi Police plea that the disclosure of the post-mortem examination reports would affect the ongoing investigations into the Sep 13 serial blasts in the capital.
The court also stayed the March 9 CIC order that directed the police to furnish copies of the first information report (FIR) against the accused of the serial blasts cases under the Right to Information (RTI) Act.
