Baltimore, July 29: Adam Jones and Nick Markakis both had three RBI Wednesday, powering Baltimore to just its second win in nine games -- a 7-3 decision over Kansas City.
Jones hit a two-run shot in the first inning, his third homer in as many games, but the Orioles faced a 3-2 deficit going into the seventh.
After Cesar Izturis and Brian Roberts walked off reliever Robinson Tejeda (1-1) to start the seventh, Jones doubled home Izturis to forge a 3-3 tie.
A single by Markakis delivered both Roberts and Jones for a 5-3 advantage.
Markakis added a run-scoring single during Baltimore's two-run eighth.
