Fairburn, Ga. -- Evander Holyfield's $20 million, 54,000-square-foot, 109-room Atlanta-area estate is under foreclosure for the second time in a year, a public notice says.
A lien holder is demanding the former heavyweight boxing champion make full repayment of an original $10 million loan, the notice in the Fayette (Ga.) Daily News said.
The lien holder plans to auction the property on the Fayette County Courthouse steps July 7 if Holyfield doesn't pay up in full, the notice said.
Holyfield did not return a call seeking comment.
