Chicago -- Colin Farrell, Gary Mule Deer and Regie Hamm are to take part in a Chicago benefit for The Foundation for Angelman Syndrome Therapeutics, organizers said.
The group's "Evening with the Stars" includes dinner, dancing and a silent auction to raise money for research toward a cure for the rare neurological disorder.
Deer, a comedian and musician, has agreed to headline the benefit, which will also feature a speech by Farrell, a Golden Globe Award-winning actor, and a performance by singer/songwriter Hamm.
Both Farrell and Hamm have children diagnosed with AS.
