NBA: Toronto 106, Philadelphia 90

Toronto -- Andrea Bargnani helped Toronto get off to a quick start Wednesday and the Raptors coasted to their fourth straight win, 106-90 over Philadelphia.

Bargnani scored 24 points and Reggie Evans added a career-best 22 rebounds along with 12 points.

The Raptors grabbed a 33-18 lead after one period, increased their advantage to 19 at halftime and led by at least 10 the rest of the way.

Jerryd Bayless, playing his first game for Toronto since being acquired in a five-player deal with New Orleans, scored 13 points.

Andre Iguodala paced Philadelphia with 17 points. The 76ers have just three victories in 15 games this season and have won on the road only once.

NBA: Toronto 94, Philadelphia 86

Philadelphia -- Andrea Bargnani put Toronto in front with 2:28 to play Wednesday and the Raptors finished the game on a 9-1 run to down Philadelphia 94-86.

It was an 85-85 game when Bargnani made a jumper. Evan Turner hit a free throw for Philadelphia with 1:57 remaining and the 76ers could not produce another point.

Jose Calderon clinched it with four free throws over the final 35 seconds.

Bargnani scored 30 points to lead the Raptors, who had lost their previous two games. Weems had a career-best 25 points and Calderon had 12 along
with eight assists.

Elton Brand scored a season-best 27 points for Philadelphia, a loser of five in a row.

NBA: Dallas 129, Toronto 101

Dallas -- Dirk Nowitzki scored 29 points and Dallas had a 10-0 run in the third quarter to down the Toronto Raptors 129-101 Saturday.

Nowitzki also pulled down nine rebounds, while Jason Terry scored 19 and Shawn Marion added 18 points as Dallas cruised to its fourth win in five games.

A 3-pointer by Nowitzki ignited the decisive third-quarter spurt, in which the Mavericks widened their lead to from 60-52 to 70-52.

Josh Howard contributed 16 points for Dallas, who have won 10 straight home contests over the Raptors.

Chris Bosh led Toronto with 26 points and 12 rebounds, while Andrea Bargnani added 22 points.

NBA: Toronto 110, Detroit 99

Toronto -- Chris Bosh scored 25 points with eight rebounds Wednesday, leading the Toronto Raptors to a 110-99 win over the Detroit Pistons.

A 44-28 second period gave Toronto complete control.

Detroit held a 28-24 first-period advantage but after Marco Belinelli's driving layup put Toronto in front 33-31 with 9:59 left in the first half, Detroit never regained the lead.

Andrea Bargnani scored 22 with 12 rebounds, Hedo Turkoglu had 17 with seven rebounds and six assists, and Antoine Wright scored 12 with five rebounds for the Raptors, who have started the season by splitting their first four games.

NBA: Orlando 125, Toronto 116

Toronto -- Jameer Nelson scored 30 points, J.J. Redick 27 and Dwight Howard 24 Sunday, carrying the Orlando Magic past the Toronto Raptors 125-116.

Orlando hit 17 shots from 3-point range, including five each by Nelson and Redick.

The Magic's Ryan Anderson added 20 points, also hitting five 3-pointers.

Chris Bosh scored 35 points and Andrea Bargnani had 26 for Toronto.

NBA: Toronto 102, New York 95

New York, April 4 -- Andrea Bargnani scored 23 points Saturday in Toronto's 102-95 win over the New York Knicks, the Raptors' sixth straight victory.

Chris Bosh had 17 points and 13 rebounds for Toronto. Shawn Marion added 12 points and 13 rebounds for the Raptors, who had not won six straight in more than two years.

Chris Duhon and Al Harrington each had 22 points to lead the Knicks, who have lost 10 of their last 11 games.

Toronto was trailing late in the third period before a 10-0 run put the Raptors in front.
