New York, July 29: Actress Alfre Woodard is joining the cast of the new U.S. medical drama "Three Rivers," CBS announced Wednesday.
Woodard's television credits include Emmy Award-winning performances in "Hill Street Blues," "L.A. Law," "Miss Ever's Boys" and "The Practice." She also has starred in numerous feature movies, including "Cross Creek," for which she was nominated for an Academy Award, Tyler Perry's "The Family That Preys" and "Radio."
