If you have a penchant for the modern day class EA series then just take a deep breath as the Medal of Honor: Warfighter’s is unleashed. A game that focuses on tier 1 soldiers and their efforts. Gone are the days when the game used to be all about good guys versus the bad guys. This game pits a team of multiplayers against the bravest of forces like the SAS and US Marines. Encouraging co-operative play, its all about settling friendly scores once for all.

One of the biggest edges this series has over the others is the sense of belonging that the players have in representing the elitist of forces of their country. Those not included in the ten nations lineup can choose it from any of the other 192 countries on its leaderboard.

The Concept
This game is based on a military theme and has conversations straight from the real world Tier 1 operatives. Any player is partnered with either a friend or someone his equal in their team to give them company. There is a good logic behind having a buddy system.

The buddy system is useful in order to exchange or supply ammunition or health. In case of the death of one of the buddies, the other person can supply his health and the partner can get in to the match in a flash. There is also an option of spawning back to the position which was held by the buddy. According to the developer of the game Danger Close, this game is based on the quality of teamwork.

The Highlights
Reviving 2010's Medal of Honor's Support Actions, Warfighter’s benefits that allowed a player to get in to either a defensive or an offensive mode. One of the other highlights is homerun which is a type of version of the capture of flag that involved a game on a small map.

Whats in store for gamers
This brings us to the important question what does it has in store for us? Warfighter certainly has an edge over the Call of Duty and Battlefield which are games that are based on the same themes. It is a carrot and stick approach that involves a mixture of both the games.

It is slated to be released in North America on the October 23 and on October 26 in Europe. It is available in the Xbox 360, PS3 and PC versions.
