Battlefield: Bad Company 2 on PC Delayed Till 2010

As per Electronic Arts reports, the current PS3 beta testing for the Battlefield: Bad Company 2 is getting delayed till 2010.

In an update posted on the official site of the Battlefield, EA DICE’s associate producer for Battlefield: Bad Company 2, Gordon Van Dyke, wrote, “We wanted to update you, and slow the flood of tweets, on questions surrounding the BFBC2 PC Beta being cancelled. I'll get right to it and say 'the BFBC2 PC Beta is not cancelled.”

The PC Beta test for the Battlefield: Bad Company 2 has proved to be so hugely popular that the Beta got pushed into the next year as the DICE decided to “drastically increase” its capacity in order to make sure that many people can participate without problem, said Van Dyke.

Storyline of Battlefield: Bad Company 2
As with the previous version, in this game, too, the Bad Company fighters finds themselves in the middle of action once again. They must use all the weapons and vehicles that are available to them to survive.

In the Battlefield: Bad Company 2, the company fights itsr way through various difficult situations and places such as dense jungles, snowy mountaintops and dusty villages but the action in the game is intense.

Players have the choice to choose from 15 authentically modeled vehicles in the game, each providing tactical advantage to the player and various gameplay options.

Whether you play in the single player campaign or online, you can use every vehicle and weapon to survive and conquer.

Enhanced PC features
Up to 32 players on PC and 24 on consoles can now play the Battlefield online, with each having diverse strategic and gameplay options in a variety of different environments.

The game will completely support Windows 7, Vista and XP with new changes that will improve things such as shadows and lighting effects in the game. It will also fully support DirectX 9, 10, & 11, bringing things to life on your PC.

The PC version of the game also includes supports like NVIDIA 3D Vision, Joystick for flying, VoIP Support, Logitech LCD Keyboards and variety of other features tailor-made for playing on PC.

You will be able to enjoy the non-stop action with the Dedicated Ranked Server, attracting no penalties due to other player’s Internet limitations.

It will provide the players the opportunity to rent their own servers that are located in professional grade datacenters, create reserved slots for your friends or members of clan, modify settings such as map rotation, customize you server name and option to kick or ban players.

You can also find your friends online with new buddy list to join them quickly for a round of play.

Updated version gives more control over the squad while heading for the combat.
