Stanton finished with 117 yards on 10-of-22 passing with two interceptions and Maurice Morris gained 51 yards on 11 carries for the Lions (3-10), who won for the first time in six games.
The worst news for the Packers (8-5) may have been a concussion sustained by quarterback Aaron Rodgers, who was hit from behind by Landon Johnson with 2:43 left in the first half while scrambling for an 18-yard gain.
Matt Flynn came in and completed 15-of-26 passes for 177 yards with one interception for Green Bay, losers of two of their last three.
