France's Bartoli takes Monterrey title

Monterrey, Mexico -- Second-seeded Marion Bartoli of France claimed her fourth WTA title Sunday, defeating Li Na in the final match of the Monterrey Open in Mexico.

Bartoli cruised to a 6-4, 6-3 win over Li at the Sierra Madre Tennis Club.

The Frenchwoman, who was seeded No. 2 in the event, is 4-5 in WTA final matches. The Monterrey victory was her first tour title since 2006.
