Doha, Qatar -- Scot Andy Murray won his second straight Qatar Open Saturday, beating American Andy Roddick in straight sets.

The third-seeded Murray broke service in the first set and went on to win his ninth ATP title 6-4, 6-2.
Murray had eliminated Swiss star Roger Federer in the semifinals.
Roddick, who was seeded No. 4, was trying for his 27th singles title on the tour.
Murray is 6-2 lifetime against Roddick.
