Underwood also picked up the awards for favorite star under 35 and favorite country song for "Last Name," while Brown shared the honor for favorite combined forces for his collaboration with Jordin Sparks on "No Air."
Rascal Flatts took the prize for favorite group at Wednesday night's ceremony honoring the fans' favorites in film, television and music.
"Low" by Flo Rida featuring T-Pain was voted favorite hip-hop song; "No One" by Alicia Keys won for favorite R&B song; "I Kissed a Girl" by Katy Perry was declared the fans' favorite pop song and "All Summer Long" by
Kid Rock earned the title of favorite rock song.
"Mamma Mia" sung by Meryl Streep in the movie musical "Mamma Mia!" took the award for favorite song from a soundtrack.
