Denver -- Tony Parker had 22 points and eight assists while Tim Duncan and Manu Ginobili had 21 points each Thursday night when the San Antonio Spurs beat Denver 108-91.

The Spurs led 30-26 after the first period and then dominated the second by 31-15 to take a commanding 61-41 halftime lead.
Matt Bonner had 14 points and eight rebounds and Duncan finished with 12 rebounds and seven assists for the Spurs, who won for the first time in three games.
Carmelo Anthony had 16 points for Denver and Joe Smith had 15 points and 10 rebounds. Kenyon Martin, Nene and Chauncey Billups scored 12 points each for the Nuggets, who lost for the first time in their last four games.
The Spurs built a 22-point lead late in the third period before Denver put together a 12-5 run at the end of the quarter -- but even that was only good enough to get the Nuggets to within 83-67, and Denver never challenged the rest of the way.
