Baltimore -- Scott Richmond got his first major league win Friday and Curtis Thigpen hit his first big league homer in Toronto's rain-shortened 3-0 victory over Baltimore.
The game was called with one out in the top of the seventh.
Richmond (1-3) gave up four hits and was still in the game when it was halted.
Scott Rolen and Jose Bautista each had an RBI.
Chris Waters (3-5) allowed all three runs on nine hits to take the loss.
Baltimore has won just five of 32 games since Aug. 22 and is mired in a 10-game losing streak.
Thigpen's homer came in the seventh, shortly before the rains came. The umpires waited 65 minutes before calling the game.
