Olympic Medal: M 74kg Free Wrestling

Beijing -- Buvaysa Saytiev of Russia won the Olympic gold medal Wednesday in the 74-kilogram class of men's freestyle wrestling.

Soslan Tigiev of Uzbekistan won the silver. Bronze medals were awarded to Murad Gaidarov of Belarus and Kiril Terziev of Bulgaria.

The medal for Uzbekistan was the fifth for that country in Beijing, equaling the most it has ever won in a single Olympics. These are the fourth Games in which Uzbekistan has participated.
