Chicago -- Grain trading was mixed Tuesday with export announcements propping up corn and soybean contracts on the Chicago Board of Trade.
Corn was off 10 1/4 to off 11 3/4; soybeans were off 11 1/2 to off 14; wheat was up 3 3/4 to up 4 1/4; oats were up 1/2 to up 2.
Mexico placed an order for 100,000 metric tons of corn Tuesday, the U.S.
Department of Agriculture said. Wheat was up with harvest of soft red wheat in full swing. Soybeans contracts were off, but China ordered 165,000 metric tons, the USDA said.

Corn: Jul 7.12 1/2, off 11 3/4; Sep 7.27, off 11 3/4; Dec 7.47 1/2, off 11 3/4; Mar 7.64 1/2, off 10 1/4.
Soybeans: Jul 15.01, off 14; Aug 15.04, off 13; Sep 14.92, off 13; Nov 14.91, off 11 1/2.
Wheat: Jul 8.70, up 3 3/4; Sep 8.88, up 3 3/4; Dec 9.12, up 4; Mar 9.32 1/4, up 4 1/4.
Oats: Jul 4.20, up 1/2; Sep 4.32 1/2, up 1/2; Dec 4.50 1/2, up 1; Mar 4.66 1/2, up 2.
