Omaha -- Tommy Mendonca drove in four runs for Fresno State Sunday, propelling the Bulldogs to a 6-1 win over North Carolina and into the College World Series finals.

Fresno State and Georgia will clash for the championship, beginning a best-of-three series Monday.
Mendonca hit a two-run single and drove in his other two runs with a double and single.
Clayton Allison was the winning pitcher, holding the Tar Heels to one run and six hits over six innings.
Georgia advanced to the finals with a 10-8 win over Stanford Saturday.
