New York -- Crude oil prices climbed Wednesday to $134.39 a barrel in New York ahead of a report on U.S. energy stockpiles.
On the New York Mercantile Exchange, crude oil prices were at $134.39 per barrel, up 38 cents. The price of heating oil fell 0.0105 cents to $3.8117 per gallon.
Reformulated blendstock gasoline prices fell 0.0001 cents to $3.4178 per gallon. Natural gas prices rose 0.166 cents to $13.118 per million British thermal units.
At the pump, the national average price for a gallon of unleaded gasoline declined for a second day, down 0.003 cents to $4.075 per gallon, AAA said.
