Brooke White voted off 'Idol'

Los Angeles -- Brooke White, a 24-year-old nanny from Arizona, was the latest contestant voted off of the U.S. singing competition series "American Idol."

"I just want to say thank you. It's going to be terrible for me, I know," E! Online quoted her as saying before she performed her encore Wednesday night.

Still in the race to be crowned the next "Idol" are David Archuleta, Jason Castro, David Cook and Syesha Mercado.
