Minogue launches social network site

London -- Australian pop singer and former TV star Kylie Minogue has established her own Web-based social networking site so she can connect with fans, Variety.com said.

While Minogue is expected to post regular blogs on KylieKonnect, the site will also give fans a space to create personal profiles, upload images and post messages, the trade paper said.

The Web site is being launched in connection with digital debut of Minogue's new single "2 Hearts."

Her eagerly awaited album, "X," is slated to drop Nov. 26.
