New York -- Two New York men are blaming their ex-wives for the $93,000 worth of parking tickets the two have racked up between them.
Christopher Woods, 44, and Vincent Camporeale, 36, both pointed the finger at their exes, The New York Post reported Sunday.
Woods, who has received 405 parking tickets worth $60,232, claimed he lost his registration shortly after his ex-wife crashed his car. He also said a certain New York police officer had a vendetta against him and his car.
"The one traffic cop went out of his way to target the car and ticket me again and again," he told the Post.
Camporeale said his ex-wife was the one behind the wheel for 187 of the summons he has received. To date, he has amassed $32,888 worth of parking violations.

The 17th century English poet and dramatist, JOHN GAY, had rightly stated about the financial condition of polygamous men like those Ney York scofflaws :
ONE WIFE IS TOO MUCH FOR MOST HUSBANDS TO HEAR,
BUT TWO AT A TIME THERE’S NO MORTAL CAN BEAR.
The English poet, ROBERT HERRICK (1591-1674) in his poem,
“His Comfort”, had CLEARLY written :
THE ONLY COMFORT OF MY LIFE,
IS THAT I NEVER YET HAD WIFE.
