The hit snapped a 2-2 tie against Florida's Dontrelle Willis, and led Philadelphia to its second straight win.
Aaron Rowand hit a two-run homer in the sixth and Jimmy Rollins had two hits and two RBI, while Rowand, Werth, and Tadahito Iguchi all had two hits for the Phillies.
Lohse (7-12) gave up four earned runs and six hits in 6 1/3 innings, and Brett Myers earned his eighth save.
Willis hit a two-run homer in the third, and Miguel Cabrera added a solo homer in the fourth.
Jason Wood knocked in one run, while Alejandro DeAza had a run and two hits for the Marlins, who have dropped six of their last 10 games.
Willis (7-12) was tagged for five runs -- four earned -- and nine hits in 5 1/3 innings.
