Glocksen gets engaged at 'Idol' concert

Rosemont, Ill. -- When former "American Idol" contestant Gina Glocksen finished singing at a concert in Illinois, she fielded an unusual request onstage -- a marriage proposal.

The 23-year-old singer had just finished a duet with Phil Stacey at the "American Idol 2007" concert at Allstate Arena in Rosemont Tuesday night when her boyfriend, Joe Ruzicka, was ushered onstage and told the audience he was "the biggest Gina Glocksen fan of all" and asked her to marry him.

Her answer was inaudible amid the thundering applause of the crowd but her kiss confirmed her acceptance, The Chicago Daily Southtown reported.
