Credit Card Rewards

Do you think reward cards are really worth it? We had a credit card that gave us rewards for travel but we where paying almost 18% interest. We have now found a card that dosnt have rewards but the interest rate is only 9%. I suppose it depends on if you where to use the benefits of the rewards or not. We find we don't so have now done a 0% balance transfer fee to the cheaper interest card. Make sure you weigh up the rewards and the interest charges. If you use the rewards and it saves you money then fine but if you find you don't benifit from them I think the cheaper interest is the way to go.
