We have a loan with St George Bank in Australia. I have no complaints we have been with them for almost twenty years now and have no complaints what so ever. What country are you from where your loan is sold?

I have a home mortgage with Regions Bank and have no complaints. My originator was brand new and we ended up being her first loan. Surprisingly, my loan hasn't been sold yet, so I think I am going to be with Regions for awhile.
I have a loan through wells fargo and have had no complaints. With the mortgage industry, the company who initially underwrites your loan is not the company that will keep it. My loan was sold to wells fargo within a month and has been with them for 3 years.
