Citibank Cashback cards

I just got my citibank cashback card, for free and it provides me opportunity to purchase stuff and still get 1% re-imbursed/adjusted in next bill.

Only problem is, that i need to get 500 points first or accumulate that may cashback amount before i actually start getting adjustments.

I guess no other card co. is giving such cashbacks, though they give points for purchases.
