Hewlett Packard swears Android loyalty, finally

I like you android, says HP! Finally Hewlett Packard has developed a strong bonding with the much-admired mobile operating system -the Android. Out of the six devices launched by the company, two are running on the android operating system.

An Android version of HP’s Envy X2 Windows 8 hybrid is the HP SlateBook X2. The Indian markets are now also experiencing the touch computing devices in the affordable range like the HP Slate All-in-one.

The SlateBook X2 by HP is powered by a NVIDIA Tegra 4 processor and is a 10.1 HD hybrid device that runs on the latest Android Jelly Bean 4.2.2. The device has a 64GB storage and is available only for Rs 39,990.

Large screen lovers, do you desire a huge 13-inch detachable hybrid running on the Windows 8 operating system? Hp offers the Split X2 for you that is powered by Intel Core processors. The HP Split X2 is priced at about Rs 64,990.

Director, consumer product category, PPS, HP India, Ketan Patel, states that they have been preparing for a long time to provide their customers with the android variety; he was heard stating "We have studied the market over the past couple of years and seen the growing acceptance of Android. We want to offer products in multiple form factors, architectures and operating systems.” He further states “it is just a corollary to this that the devices become more affordable on Android.”

Pioneering all-in-one touch, HP now marches forward and introduces the touch all-in-one powered by the Android Jelly Bean. It boasts of a NVIDIA Tegra 4 processor, and a 21.5-inch Full HD screen NVIDIA. The HP Slate is a great value for money especially for the people who are opting out for computers for the first time.
