Samsung’s galaxy Note 8.0 image clearly resembles iPad Mini. The product still has to hit the markets next month but the image has been leaked and posted by twitter user @Clasificatearg.The user also listed the specifications of Samsung Galaxy note 8.0 as a part of the image.
Looking at the image itself, it clearly shows that it would be a competition for Apple’s iPad mini. The image says that the galaxy note has an 8 inch 1280X800 display. The display of Apple iPad mini is 1024X768 7.9 inch. The two display screens couldn’t be more similar.
Features of Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0
The other features mentioned in the image tell us about processor, memory, camera and internal storage features. It includes 1.6GHz quad-core Exynos processor, 2GB RAM, options of 16/32GB as internal storage, 5-megapixel rear and 1.3-megapixel front cameras, HSPA+ and LTE support and the famed S-Pen.
Though these are just specifications mentioned on leaked image, the details of processor being 1.6GHz quad-core Exynos processor seem to be out of sync. It is just an upgraded version of Exynos 4 used in the Note 10.1.Everyone is still waiting for the final product to be launched next month.
Commenting on the looks of the product it looks like a hybrid of the Galaxy Tab 2 7.0 and Samsung Galaxy note 10.1.The device is not one of the Samsung’s best products till date portraying next generation devices, rather a product between the Note ii and Note 10.1
Another feature that is a part of rumored specs indicate that it is likely to run on Android 4.2 (Jelly Bean) and connectivity options may include Bluetooth 4.0, USB 2.0, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n and A-GPS. It is expected to come with a 4,600mAh battery.
Not only the rumors talk about the leaked image but there is a word spread in the market that Samsung may launch two versions of Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0 - Samsung GT-N5100, which will be a 3G+Wi-Fi version and the GT-N5110, which will be a Wi-Fi only version.
