Maruti Alto 800 LXI

The country was left saddened after Maruti declared closing the manufacturing of Maruti 800; a car that took the Indian Auto mobile industry to a different level. However, the company is all set to revive the car into Alto 800 LXI that has better features and a little expensive.

The Alto 800 entering the Indian market is confirmed, since the production is on full swing and the dealers have already started advertising the launch of the car. The bookings are open, and the car is expected to lead the sales in the hatchback category.

The much awaited hatch-back category car is the Mini Cooper Clubman. BMC (British Motor Corp) revealed the first look for the Indian audiences at the Delhi Expo held this year. Considering the overwhelming reaction, the company has decided to launch the car here in the winter season.

The existing models in India are the Countryman, the convertible and the coupé. The body designs are innovative as expected from the reputed brand. It assures of comfortable insiders and the the vintage finishing given to the exteriors exhibit a classical look. The company is expected to sell the model at Rs 23 lakhs.

Honda Brio Diesel

Honda India had endured losses due to lack of diesel alternatives in their profile. However, the company aims at bouncing back by introducing the revived version of Honda Brio. Though the car isn’t diesel supported, but the company assures of its other innovative features capable of competing with others. The Japanese car has 1.21 L i-Vtec engine. The car will enter the showrooms by mid November this year. The estimated cost is Rs 4,05,000 to Rs 5,23,000 approx.

Mitsubishi Mirage

Mitsubishi hasn't launched a small car for Indian market yet, but will participate in the colossal competition of hatchback cars this festival season. Mitsubishi Mirage that was launched at the 2011 Geneva Auto Expo had gained good response. The company expects similar response in the Indian market. The detailed features have not been revealed as yet, so the cost estimation is on hold.
