Apple to launch iPad 3 in March -- report

If rumors are to be believed, the new iPad 3 will come with high definition screen and a quad-core chip.

Apple’s new tablet iPad 3 is expected hit market in March this year.

The company has yet not made an announcement, but according to reports, the new iPad is being manufactured at China’s Foxconn plant.

Apple’s spokesperson declined to comment on the matter saying company doesn’t comment on rumors and speculations.

Kevin Krewell, Linley Group senior analyst, believes the new faster quad core A-6 processor will help Apple to compete with Nvidia’s Kal-El series.

Expected features
If rumors are to be believed, the new iPad 3 will come with high definition screen, and a quad-core chip. It will be compatible with long-term evolution (LTE) wireless network.

Further, the new iPad will have a higher resolution.

The iPad 3 will also feature new processor A-6. The other remarkable feature which could be 8 mega pixel camera.
