Scarlett Johansson and Sean Penn are 'undercover lovers'? Rep says NO

Last month, rumors began to swirl that the Hollywood actress had hooked up with the 'Milk' star following her split from her 34-year-old hubby Ryan Reynolds.
A rep for Scarlett Johansson has put an end to rumors that the actress is dating fellow actor Sean Penn, a man nearly twice her age, according to multiple entertainment and celebrity news websites.
Rumors were rampant recently that Scarlett Johansson and Sean Penn have been dating secretly.
US Weekly quoted an unnamed source in its latest issue, claiming that the possible undercover lovers hooked up last month following the blonde beauty’s break-up with husband Ryan Reynolds in December last year.
Rep refutes dating rumors
But a rep for Johansson has rubbished reports that the 26-year-old “He's Just Not That Into You” actress is dating veteran star Sean Penn, 50, insisting instead that the two have bonded over charity work for Haiti.
"Scarlett and Sean are not dating – they have been friends for years. Nothing more, nothing less," People.com quoted the rep as saying. "They have been talking over the last few months regarding Haiti Relief and Scarlett's upcoming trip to Haiti as Oxfam's Global Ambassador."

Dating rumors
Last month, rumors began to swirl that the Hollywood bombshell actress had hooked up with the 'Milk' star following her split from her 34-year-old hubby Ryan Reynolds.
The US Weekly source told the magazine that the pair began seeing each other in early January when she was staying at L.A.’s Chateau Marmont while filming “We Bought a Zoo” with Matt Damon.
"Their first hook-up was in Scarlett's Bungalow. She is smitten with him," the source claimed to the magazine.
"Scarlett first reached out to Sean when she was planning to visit Haiti with Oxfam. She knew Sean was living there in a tent and turned to him for advice," added the source.
Marriage and split with Ryan
Scarlett got married to Ryan Reynolds in September 2008, in a low-key wedding outside Vancouver in Canada. The two have been dating since February 2007 and had announced their engagement on May 5, 2008.
The Golden Globe-nominated actress her husband Ryan Reynolds announced their separation in December last year and subsequently filed for divorce.
Sean Penn, on the other hand, was previously married to pop superstar Madonna. The two tied the knot in 1985, and divorced in 1989. Soon after divorce, Penn began a relationship with Robin Wright, and had two children Dylan Frances (Born in 1991) and Hopper Jack (Born in 1993).
His marriage to Wright also ended in divorce, which was finalized in July after 14 years of marriage.
