Sandra Bullock slams Ryan Reynolds romance rumors

In an interview with 'The Today Show,' the actress categorically denied that she is in a romantic relationship with her 'Proposal' co-star.
Rumors ran rampant recently that Sandra Bullock is dating recently divorced Ryan Reynolds. But the Hollywood actress has rubbished their romance rumors, saying the actor is just a friend whom she knows for over 10 years.
The 46-year-old Oscar-winning actress spoke out about her non-existent romance with Reynolds on the red carpet at Sunday’s Golden Globes.
Bullock divorced her husband Jesse James, the former host of TLC's Monster Garage, last year in March after reports of his infidelity made the headlines, claiming that James was romantically involved with tattoo artist Michelle "Bombshell" McGee.
On the other hand, Reynolds, who was voted the Sexiest Man Alive by people, split from his wife-of-two-years, the Golden Globe-nominated actress Scarlett Johansson, just last month.
Bullock and Reynolds’ romance rumors started swirling after the two were spending time together and getting cozy in Texas on New Year’s Eve, just weeks after Ryan and Scarlett announced their split.
Sandra laughs off romance rumors
But, Bullock has dismissed all those rumors and gossips that suggest the two are more than just friends.
According to FOX News, in an interview with “The Today Show,” the actress categorically denied that she is in a romantic relationship with her “Proposal” co-star.
"I think there will be a collective sigh of relief amongst women across the United States when I say he's not my lover. He's just an amazing friend for 10 years…but I don't get his loving after dark," Bullock told Al Roker on Sunday’s Golden Globes red carpet.
According to the Oscar-winning actress, there’s only one man in her life right now, and that is her son Louis.
“It’s all I can handle,” she said.
Sandra’s life in the past
Sandra Bullock married the heavily tattooed celebrity motorcycle builder Jesse James in 2005. It was the first marriage for the actress and the third for Jesse, who was previously married to Karla James from 1991 to 2002. They have a daughter, Chandler, and son, Jesse Jr.
Jesse was also married to adult-film star Janine Lindemulder, to whom he was married from 2002 to 2004. They have a daughter, Sunny.
Bullock has no children of her own. She had fully supported her husband at the time he was in midst of his custody battle with Lindemulder over his younger daughter.
Bullock is currently shooting Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close with Tom Hanks.
