The actress, best known for her portrayal of Gabrielle Solis in the hit comedy series, was driving eastbound on Hollywood Boulevard at about 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, when another car made a left turn into a parking lot and banged straight into her car.

No serious injury

The accident is under investigation. According to gossip website TMZ.com, Eva won’t be “on the hook” for the damage.

Set to host MTV show
The actress is currently busy preparing to host next month’s Europe Music Awards for MTV. She will be in Madrid on Nov. 7 for the annual ceremony, one of the music world's biggest nights outside of the United States.
