Miley Cyrus’ raunchy video again angers parents

This time Miley has taken it to another level by presenting a veritable skin show in her new video.

Miley Cyrus has yet again come under fire for her raunchy acts. In the video for her new, club-ready track ‘Who Owns My Heart,’ the Disney star is seen writhing semi-naked on a bed, much to the annoyance of outraged parents.

Excessive skin show and suggestive dance moves in her new video has caused Miley Cyrus to draw the ire of a powerful parents' organization.

Adult too soon?
With her 18th birthday just a month away, Miley seems to have taken her adult status too seriously. But then, that is nothing new for the starlet. She has often invited flak for her over-sexed expressions, and seems to enjoy the publicity that comes with it.

However, this time Miley has taken it to another level by presenting a veritable skin show in her new video.

As the video opens, Cyrus is seen lying on a bed in hot pants, a tank top and a mask. She then gets off to prepare for her night out, and goes on to have multiple costume changes, sometimes remaining only in her underwear, before donning her party gear.

It is unfortunate that she would participate in such a sexualized video like this one.-- Tim Winter, President of the Parents Television Council

She dabs on make-up and completes her look with fishnet hair wrap, rollers and heavy metal jewelry teamed with her skimpy attire.

Jumping in the backseat of a limo, Cyrus then pulls up to a posh house party, where the scene gets even more risqué.

Miley is seen writhing against a man, who caresses her thighs and gyrating girl-on-girl. She grinds against other people on the floor, while dancing suggestively.

Concerned parents condemn Miley
Angry parents have again spoken up against the star’s seductive moves, which they think, are a bad influence on their young kids.

“It is unfortunate that she would participate in such a sexualized video like this one,” said Tim Winter, President of the Parents Television Council.

“It sends messages to her fan base that are diametrically opposed to everything she has done up to this point.”

This track is included in her latest album, ‘Can't Be Tamed,’ which Cyrus says is all about the empowerment of girls. “It's just about freeing yourself from anything you think is holding you back,” she told MTV News in June. Well, it seems she is living up to her album’s title.
