Speidi split: Spencer seeks more publicity with tell-all book

This desire to spill his personal life in public does not come as a surprise from Spencer, who unabashedly admitted that his unconstrained pursuit of fame led to his break-up from Heidi.

Spencer Pratt is seeking more exposure for his already-highlighted relationship and subsequent break-up from Heidi Montag. He is set to pen down a tell-all book, to reveal what is still unknown about their liaison.

Pratt, 26, told UsMagazine that he is writing details about his relationship with his ex Heidi Montag, including the facts about her strained relationship with her mother, Darlene Egelhoff.

This is not Spencer’s first attempt at writing a book. Last year he teamed up with Heidi to write ‘How to Be Famous,’ an instructional guide to achieving fame.

Though his previous writing endeavor failed to fetch much for Pratt, The Hills star is expecting his new book to be a popular pick since he plans to divulge a lot of juicy details.

Spencer Pratt is going to tell-all
“My last book, 'How to Be Famous,' didn't make the New York Times best-seller list because it was in the self-help section,” he said. “This one is going to be totally different. I'm not holding anything back.”

Heidi, however, has not taken the idea too well. The starlet is even looking to take legal action against her soon-to-be-ex-husband.

“This is exactly why I left him,” she angrily told TMZ. “Right now I'm looking into my legal options.”

Spencer admits being a famewhore
This desire to spill his personal life in public does not come as a surprise from Spencer, who unabashedly admitted that his unconstrained pursuit of fame led to his break-up from Heidi.

“We love each other, but I'm a famewhore, and I'll never grow out of it,” he told People magazine, earlier this year.

Speidi split
The couple, who always had a spotlight over the most trivial details of their short-lived relationship, is now headed for splitsville.

Last month, Montag filed for divorce from Pratt, citing irreconcilable differences.

Pratt also signed the documents on Aug. 13; so their divorce will become final six months from that date – on Valentine's Day.

“Spencer has acknowledged that the divorce is going forward,” Montag’s lawyer, Jodeane Farrell told People. “He signed the papers.”
