'Office' actress Jenna Fischer marries screenwriter Lee kirk

After attending the wedding, Wilson took to his Twitter page to talk about the nuptials, saying the ceremony went off without a hitch, People reports.
'The Office' star Jenna Fischer has gotten hitched. She married screenwriter Lee Kirk this weekend in a private ceremony, according to US reports.
After a year and half of dating, Fischer decided to get engaged to her love Kirk last year in July. The pair, who have been together since January 2008, got engaged on July 3rd while on holiday in Europe.
Wedding bells for Fischer and Kirk
Now, after a year of courtship, the couple got hitched over the weekend, according to multiple entertainment and gossip websites.
A rep for the TV star confirms to People.com that Fischer and Kirk tied the knot yesterday (04.07.10) on American Independence Day in a secret ceremony.
Fischer, most known for her role of Pam Halpert in the NBC hit 'The Office,' and Kirk, whose credits include The Man Who Invented the Moon, The Benefits of Drinking Whiskey, Pants on Fire and The Specials, swapped vows in an intimate ceremony on Saturday.
"They were married on July 3 in front of family and friends in Malibu," the celebrity magazine’s website quotes the rep as saying.

According to E! Online, Rainn Wilson, who co-stars alongside Fischer as Dwight Schrute on The Office, was among guests in attendance.
After attending the wedding, Wilson took to his Twitter page to talk about the nuptials, saying the ceremony went off without a hitch, People reports.
"Went to the most beautiful wedding I've ever experienced," Wilson Tweeted. "Total Love, Jenna Fischer & Lee Kirk!"
Fischer and Kirk’s life together
This is not the first time Fischer, who plays Pam Beasley on the popular NBC sitcom “The Office” and is engaged on-screen to Jim Halpert, played by John Krasinski, walked down the aisle. She was previously married to director James Gunn, who she divorced in July 2007 after seven years of marriage. This is the first marriage for Kirk.
Mere six months after ending her marriage with Gunn, Fischer began dating Kirk, who interestingly appeared in two episodes of “James Gunn’s PG Porn,” directed by Gunn.
Fischer, 35 and Kirk, 37 have been dating since January 2008 and appeared in public together for the first time on the red carpet at the Emmy Awards in September 2008.
The actress introduced Kirk at the time as “my super-cute boyfriend.”
