LiLo gets bashed by waitress for partying with Danny Cipriani

Jasmine Waltz, the waitress accused of punching Lindsay Lohan during her 24th birthday celebration has insisted that she didn't lay a hand on the embattled star but added she'd like to do so.
Lindsay Lohan was out there for a birthday bash but instead got a bashing. The starlet was, on her 24th birthday celebrations, punched by a waitress at L.A. club Voyeur early Friday morning.
"A waitress just hit me - punched me for no reason," Lohan tweeted around 1 a.m.

Lindsay arrived for her party with two friends and was seen table-hopping all the time.
"We were happy to have Lindsay Lohan celebrating her birthday at Voyeur last night," a representative for Voyeur said.
The actress had not planned for major celebrations, for insiders claim, she did not have the funds to do so.
However, there is a legal angle to it; the SCRAM alcohol-monitoring device and the looming court hearing for 2007 DUI case did not allow her to go berserk with booze.
"I mean there’s not much you can do with a monitoring bracelet and no money," a source said.
The incident
The root of the apparent tension is reportedly a three-way love triangle between Lohan, Jasmine Waltz and British rugby player Danny Cipriani.
"All I have to say is that disturbed little train wreck is delusional," Waltz said in a statement to Access Hollywood on Friday night. "I didn’t hit her," Watlz added. "But I’d like too."
The incident occurred when the "Mean Girls" star was having a good time on her birthday with Cipriani.
"There was an altercation between Lindsay and Jasmine at Doug Reinhardt's table over Jasmine's ex Danny." the source said.
"Danny and Lindsay have been dating and Jasmine was obviously upset about it," added the source.
"Danny was all over Lindsay and completely ignoring Jasmine," the source told X17online.com. "That's when Jasmine got angry at Lindsay and hauled off and hit her."
After the shock strike "Lindsay was visibly rattled.
The source said, "It's kind of sad because Lindsay didn't really have any friends with her. No firing has been made yet but I think Jasmine probably knew when she threw the punch that that was her last involvement with Voyeur."
Waitress denies incident
Jasmine Waltz, the cocktail waitress, meanwhile denied the incident.

The waitress now runs the risk of getting fired from the job.
Waltz, an aspiring actress, has played minor roles in "Bad Boys II" and "Pledge This!" She has reportedly dated Ryan Seacrest, "Star Trek’s" Chris Pine and singer Jesse McCartney.
