Tiger-Elin divorce soon; Woods to pay hefty price

Elin reportedly already has a $20 million dollar prenuptial agreement with Tiger

Tiger Woods’ infidelity proved a costly mistake for him. The golf great will pay his estranged wife Elin Nordegren a hefty price in what is being touted as historically one of the most expensive divorce settlements.

Speculations of a possible Elin-Tiger divorce have been rife ever since the eruption of Tiger's sex scandal when one woman after another stepped forward claiming to have had sex or a fling with the married golfer following his infamous Nov. 27 accident last year.

Ever since Elin came to know about her hubby’s infidelities, it has been commonly assumed that she would soon file for divorce from the golf legend.

Woods’ infidelity to cost him a lot of money
Now fresh reports emerged online claiming that Tiger and Elin are all set to be officially divorced.

According to a report by RadarOnline.com, the Tiger-Elin divorce is imminent.

A source close to the situation told the site: “They’ve agreed on all the major points. It’s all been worked out privately.”

Elin, mother of Woods’ two children--Sam, three, and Charlie, 18 months, is set to pocket 750 million dollars in a divorce settlement, which is three-quarters of Woods’ reported $1 billion fortune.

Radar says the divorce is about to become official.

“Both Tiger and Elin are very close to finishing the negotiations and filing and signing the paperwork,” says the source.

Ex-swimwear model Elin, mother of Woods’ two children--Sam, three, and Charlie, 18 months, is set to pocket 750 million dollars in a divorce settlement, which is three-quarters of Woods’ reported $1 billion fortune. She, reportedly, already has a $20 million dollar prenuptial agreement with Tiger.

Lifetime confidentiality clause
As part of the divorce settlement, Elin will be banned from ever signing any book deals or giving interviews about the breakdown of their five-year marriage, reports UK’s Mirror.

The source also tells the website that the divorce negotiations were initially a bitter process, but the things have calmed down between the two parties.

“When they first started negotiating the divorce, it was very acrimonious,” the source told the website. “Elin had a lawyer in California who was very, very aggressive.”

“Things are now very civil between Tiger and Elin – at least in terms of getting the divorce taken care of,” the source added.

Couple no longer on speaking terms
It’s been also reported that Elin and Tiger are no longer or barely speaking to each other.

“They don’t interact much at all anyone,” that source told Radar. “The nannies take the kids back and forth between their houses. There’s virtually no conversation between Tiger and Elin but that’s an improvement from when all the conversation was angry.”
