Jesse James plans to move closer to Sandra Bullock

The news was confirmed by James’ attorney John Schilling at a custody hearing in Orange County on Friday. The biker will move to his new location “at the end of the month,” said the lawyer.

According to Schilling, James is headed to Texas to “handle business matters and other personal matters.” The “personal matters” are apparently related to James’ children, who do not want to stay away from Sandra Bullock.

According to a TMZ report, Jesse says that the “first and foremost” reason for his decision to stay in Austin, are his children, who are really close to Sandra.

The biker, who is currently taping a History Channel special, is planning to move to the new location as soon as he is done with the filming. The network special will include Jesse’s time on a kibbutz in Israel.

James earlier shared a home with Bullock in Seal Beach, Calif. The two had been married for almost five years before parting ways earlier this year, when Jesse’s scandalous sex life unfolded before the world.

Though the biker has not mentioned his own proximity to Bullock among his reasons for moving to Texas, it is speculated that he still hopes to have her back.

After the exposure of his infidelity to Bullock, James made several public apologies and tried hard to win back his wife. However, the Oscar-winning actress was adamant on divorcing him.

On being asked about the possibility of a future relationship with Sandra Bullock, James said, “Whatever happens, happens.”

Jesse James will be working full time in Austin, where he plans to open another Cisco Burger restaurant. However, he will also continue operating West Coast Choppers in Orange County.

One person, who might be significantly affected by Jesse’s move, is his 6-year-old daughter Sunny.

On being asked if Sunny’s relationship with her mother, porn star Janine Lindemulder, suffer after James moves to Austin, Schilling said, “He wants her to have a relationship with Sunny, and they are trying to work things out.”

He also suggested a possibility of Lindemulder shifting to Austin as well.

Lindemulder, who has been battling substance-abuse, was recently granted periodical, supervised visits to her daughter.
