Adhering to the show’s movie night theme, Kate, and her dancing partner, Tony Dovolani, performed on the song ‘Don’t You Forget About Me’ from ‘The Breakfast Club’.
After impressing judges with her dance last week at ‘Dancing With The Stars’ (DWTS), Kate Gosselin reverted to her usual bad performance at the show Monday night.
Though the mom of twins and sextuplets tried to impress everyone with her dance, the judges slammed her performance.
Kate again scores badly with judges
Adhering to the show’s movie night theme, Kate, and her dancing partner, Tony Dovolani, performed on the song ‘Don’t You Forget About Me’ from ‘The Breakfast Club’.
Kate improved on her facial expressions, with more smiles from her than the usual grimace face, but this did not cover up for her bad foot work.
In fact, Judge Bruno Tonioli said that Dovolani would have danced better with a “frock and a coat hanger,” and added that he was sad that after giving their best performance last week, the duo had gone back to performing bad.
While Carrie Ann Inaba compared Kate’s dance to Charlie Brown’s teacher’s voice in the comic strip Peanuts, Len Goodman tried comforting her saying, “It was neat and precise, but it wasn’t really a dance, it was a stroll.”
For their dance, the duo scored the least marks, which was 15 out of 30 this week.
Kids hoping that Moomy wins
Since Kate has scored the lowest marks on the show, she is at the risk of being eliminated from the show. After her bad performance last night, many feel that she is not fit for the show.
Even Gosselin is aware of the fact that there are better dancers at the show and that she is not going to survive long at DWTS, but her kids are hoping that she pulls through.
Apart from the kids, the other person who desperately wants Kate to win is George Lopez. The comedian, who stars on the American sitcom, ‘The George Lopez Show’ has even launched a website, lopeztonight.com/keepkate/, and is asking people to keep voting for Kate.
In an appearance on the show ‘On Air with Ryan Seacrest’ on KIIS-FM, Kate recalled that the other day she was in the bathroom with her kids Hannah and Alexis.
"And Alexis said, 'I hope you get voted through, Mommy. I hope you win!’”
But Kate gave a prompt response, “The other dancers are a lot better than Mommy.”
Campaign for Kate
Apart from the kids, the other person who desperately wants Kate to win is George Lopez. The comedian, who stars on the American sitcom, ‘The George Lopez Show’ has even launched a website, lopeztonight.com/keepkate/, and is asking people to keep voting for Kate.
The web page reads, “Everyone Monday night, vote to keep Kate Gosselin on Dancing With The Stars!”
Even Steve-O Bares, has joined the Keep Kate cause. The former DWTS contestant has expressed his support for Gosselin on the same site, saying that he wants people to keep Kate on the show.
“For the sake of the Gosselin children, and for all America... vote to Keep Kate on "Dancing with the Stars."”
