Kate Gosselin scores badly with judges; seeks fans' support

With one of the lowest scores, Kate is at the risk of being eliminated from the show this week.

It was yet another bad Monday for Kate Gosselin at the ‘Dancing with the Stars’ (DWTS). Though the mom of eight tried giving her best shot, judges again slammed her performance.

Gosselin danced with Tony Dovolani to the Paso Doble, but her performance was so bad that she faced harsh criticism from the judges, and scored very low marks from them.

Judges slam Kate’s performance
Performing the Paso Doble on Lady Gaga’s ‘Paparazzi,’ Kate started off well but soon it all fell apart.

Though her performance was far better than last week’s jive, she just scored 15 out of 30 this week.

Criticizing her dance, Len Goodman said, “There was no passion, drama, intensity. It wasn't very good, Kate. I'm sorry."

While Carrie Ann said that her performance was hard to watch, Bruno Tonioli tried encouraging Kate, saying, “I think, for once, you played the character! You had the look of the superbitch from hell, the face of thunder!”

With one of the lowest scores, Kate is at the risk of being eliminated from the show this week.

Kate talks about challenges at DWTS
Before her Monday night’s performance, Kate took to her TLC blog, talking about the challenges she is facing at DWTS.

About her performances, she wrote, “So far, I have done my best to show Tony's handiwork, but I will say, there almost are no words to describe how very, very difficult it is to control my myriad of nerves, insecurities and all of the fine minute pieces that go together to pull off a flowing and graceful performance!!!!!!”

Despite all the challenges that she is going through, Kate is desperate to stay on the show.

Further, in a story posted on ABC's Good Morning America website, she admitted that it is a challenge to juggle between motherhood and DWTS.

She added that one day, this week, while rehearsing in the basement of her home in Wernersville, Pa, she heard her kids upstairs. “And I just started crying. And I was like, 'I just miss my kids.'"

Kate asks for fans’ support
Despite all the challenges that she is going through, Kate is desperate to stay on the show.

In fact, Gossselin urged her fans to keep voting for her.

“I know that I am still a contestant on DwtS solely because of my fans,” she wrote, adding that she is highly grateful to them for their support, love, and votes.

Acknowledging the encouragement from her fans, she added that it is their support that makes her “work harder, shine brighter and reach further!

“Please continue to watch and vote (as many times as possible!) and tell others to do the same. Let's be honest here ... it's your votes keeping me dancing and not so much my dancing skills at this stage! :)”
