Since then, the tower's observation deck known as ‘At the Top,’ was closed for temporary ‘maintenance and upgrade.’
Visitors to ‘At the Top’ generally use elevators which take up to 15 people and run daily from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Open to the public seven days a week, Burj Khalifa was made at a cost of $1.5 billion. Burj is surrounded by a 27-acre park which is based on the symmetries of desert flower, Hymenocallis.
Burj disappointed many tourists when it got closed in February. Even though there was full refund given to all visitors, dreams to see the mammoth structure got crushed for many.

Now, finally its open, we are looking forward to a lot of costumers,” Jeetu Frantz, a Dubai-based travel operator said.
Sheetal Gulati, a tourist from UK was ecstatic and said, “We feel fortunate to have gone up. The view is very nice and worth seeing.”
