Jim Carrey's grandson arrives early!

Earlier this week, the “Liar Liar” actor took to his Twitter page to tell fans that his daughter was about to deliver baby.
Actor/comedian Jim Carrey has become a grandfather at 47. His daughter Jane Carrey has delivered a baby boy in Los Angeles on Friday, Feb. 26, a representative of the actor confirmed to UsMagazine.com.
The 22-year-old singer/songwriter Jane is ‘The Mask’ star Jim's daughter with first wife Melissa Womer, a former actor and Comedy Store waitress.
Jane’s baby arrives early
Jane has given birth to her first child, a baby boy, with husband Alex Santana, in an unnamed Los Angeles hospital.
The couple, who wed last November, welcomed their first child Friday morning at 12:28 a.m.
The newborn, named Jackson Riley Santana, weighed 7 pounds, 11 ounces and was 20 inches long.
According to People magazine’s report, Jane’s actual due date was Mar. 3.

Earlier this week, the ‘Liar Liar’ actor took to his Twitter page to tell fans that his daughter was about to deliver baby.
"Something beautiful is right around the corner! ;^)" Carrey tweeted on Tuesday, Feb. 23. Friday morning, he added, "right around the corner! ;^)"
While she was pregnant, Jane had said last year she would love to have a son with Santana, who goes by the stage name ‘Nitro’.
"I'm excited about it because I never really got along with girls growing up," she told People last year. "I was a little afraid that if it was a girl that she would not like me, you know? So I'm very happy about the boy."
In July, the rubber-faced comedian had predicted that her daughter will be a great mom. "Jane is going to be a great mom," he told People at the time.

Jane, a singer-songwriter for the alt-rock The Jane Carrey Band, and Santana, the lead singer of the metal band Blood Money, got married in November, with Jim walking his daughter down the aisle.
Jane announced her pregnancy in July last year, saying she’s thrilled to have a baby with then her fiancé, Alex Santana.
